There was happiness in annual directories
Happiness found from adventure
Where fingers seeked names or titles
My fingers enjoyed the Yellow Pages
Restaurants with ads were the right places
The right places for a first date
All topics were relevant to this future love
Time to consult the psychic for our future
I would have to invest in a red dress
Red was the bold color to captivate this man
I could dream about my engagement ring
He would be good looking with riches and a ring
My mother would sew the best wedding dress,
But a wedding dress needs party planning...
And which realtor would find us that new house?
A new house with a nice garden wedding.
Let me find a doctor and hospital,
The hospital to deliver our babies.
Completely embraced with romantic thoughts,
Thoughts trampled by a slight day breeze,
Why do I need to look at attorneys?
And I run for my husband in the White Pages!
