I have had a sinus infection for three weeks. It is all this up and down weather. It stirs up all the pollen and germies. I have eaten mostly chicken pot pies and soups. Sucked on cough drops and hard candy. And forced down liquids of the see through variety. I ran through every tissue I had and was forced to use toilet paper to dab at my nose, which when not clogged up, was a flowing fountain. Rest when you can. Take your aspirin and Tylenol.Use heating pads and Heating blankets to use your bones and joints. I will pray for your quicker recovery. Karen

Thanks for the read.Well, There are 26 of them now. So, you have plenty to peruse. I plan to have 52 of them , one for every week in the year. Then I will find a publisher. Whereupon, they would all go simply gaga for my scribblings, and then throw absolute pots of money at me. That's how my dream goes anyway! :-) Karen

I cannot walk for long or far. But I walk around my apartment . I go back and forth to the bathroom every hour or more. To the kitchen at least every four hours. and I bed dance. Some times sitting sometimes laying down. I can touch the floor. with my hands flat, But I can't stand upright for long. We all have our limits as we age. I find new ways to adapt.
