When we keep secrets, we often find that they haunt us in the middle of the night. I think we all should find a trusted person who will help us by letting us express our secrets.

I share all my secrets with God because he knows them already. When I confess my secret sins to Him, they're not dirty anymore but cleansed now. I understand this poetry though and the heavy weight of secret sins that are too much to bear. Sending along my very best for the challenge. You're doing great with this daily event, dear Debra.
