Once Upon a Time...
"Many, many, years ago was a little girl named Cecil."
"And, she loved to read!"
"When she first read,
"The Wizard of Oz"
"She was fascinated with Dorothy's little dog named, "Toto!"

"Cecil was a lonely child."
"Not much into sports or even playing with dolls."
Instead, she read and dreamed...
"And, wished...
'When I Wish Upon a Star?'
"But...

"One Summered day, a little stray came into Cecil's familie's driveway."
'When I Wish Upon a Star...

'Maybe Dreams do come true?'
She thought.

'Are you thirsty little doggy?'
'And, Is that why you came to me?'
"So, on that hot Summered day?"
"They started to bond."

"And yes, Wishing Dreams can come true and they can happen to you!'
"Cecil named her dog Melody.
"But she was more than just a stray...
"More like a beautiful song."

"Several times a day, Melody would let her know."
"That she needed a walk and they would take long walks."
"Sometimes if it was nice enough?"
"They would go to the park and meet other people jogging or taking in God's Beautiful Earth!"

"And, other times they would go downtown to get morning pastries for mom and dad."
"Or, to the lake to watch the people walking their dogs."

"Many, many, years would pass."
"Thousands of walks and thousands of memories."
"But sadly, one day Cecil had to do something that she had dreaded!"

"And, like a Melody or scratched record."
"Melody was older and sickly."
"Yes, with time."
"And, just like Cecil."
"They are both grown older."
"And, unfortunately Melody was now in extreme a lot of pain."
"The vet told her to put the dog down before the storm."

"Ten years had passed and when Cecil thinks back, Heartbroken."
"Her wishing pet...
"Her little stray...
"Her little lost dog...
"Her little Toto...

"Well yes, Cecil may had lost her Melody but you know God works in strange ways!'
"So, she feels that gift from God?"
"Is now above walking along the Yellow Brick Road "
"And, starring in a new,
"Wizard of Oz"

"Melody, Cecile's Angel!"
