A 2D rhyming acrostic on 'WEATHER'

Thundersnow

by SimianSavant

Winter eventide approaches; twilight hues ephemerally rescind
Erudite animals take heed, escaping rising wind
Arctic tempest hurricane emaciates reedmace, wisps exhaling
Tearing hot electric ribbons wither, echoes assailing
Hoarfrost etches razor wire edifices across trees
Exospheric riptides withdraw, exposing Atlas Titan Hyades
Russian widows embalm, as their hopes exscind.

The Thundersnow pic is from here.

The "snow" raining down on your web browser may actually be the ashes of Russian soldiers obliterated by Ukrainian javelin anti-tank missiles.

This piece was written in about 7 hours over two writing sessions.
