for you; first smile, first word, first tooth,
first wobbly step... Then, just like that;
first day at school, first flush of youth.

First dates, first love, first broken heart,
first job, first home, first drunk tattoo.
Of all my firsts, I treasure most
my answered prayer - My firstborn. You.
