Teacup Dictionary Poem

Poetry Contest

Challange write a teacup dictionary poem. Teacup Dictionary poem.
Choose a word found in the dictionary. The number of syllables in that words determines the the starting number of syllables.
Each following line must define the dictionary word, dropping one syllable per line, until the poem reaches the base line of 1 syllable.
The statement or saucer line is like a satori line in senryu - it must make a statement, or sum up the previous lines and/or the dictionary word. It must also have the same number of syllables as the dictionary word, so if your chosen word had five syllables, so must the final line.
The poem must be centered, giving the look of a teacup.
Good luck with it.
