This is an entertaining family fun book about a mischievous kitty cat that might just cause a few adventures as the family goes about its daily lives. It should get interesting. I look forward to more!

I doubt I will be posting a lot more though, but thank you for the encouraging review. (Test marketing) :)) We'll see - not a lot of time to spend here - this will be out in time for Christmas sales. Thanks so much, Robyn.

A very well-written humorous and funny story. Gail was surprisingly very calm about the whole situation. Full points for her, she probably are a cat owner herself and know how those little creatures can embarrass their owners without a wink. Hahahaha

Hahaha - thank you, Sandra. This is not just a story though - it's a whole book. I will have it available in Kindle version by Christmas on Amazon, but I probably won't post much more of it - we'll see. But the book's link to Amazon will be on my page here when it's available.
Thanks very much!

It's refreshing to read a story here on FS that doesn't include
deception, murder, violence and so on. I found no spags and
I read this forward and then backwards. I look forward to more
of this wonderful cat. Yes, i have two. -Bill

However, if I was sure you could find the time to do what you did this time, I'd buy a lock and key with funny $ and post just for you because this is EXACTLY what I need - that second pair of editing eyes! (I can't pay an editor - I'm poor as a church mouse, remember? LOL!!!)
Thanks so much, Bill - this is wonderful encouragement!

Dawn, I would love to see this written in several short stories about the antics of the family cat. Much like the short stories of Dennis the Menace.. Always the misforutnate events around Hershey.. loved it.. Jimi

Oh thanks, but it's a whole book. I have hundreds of short stories, and this kid's book is almost ready for Christmas sales.
But you've got a wonderful idea - maybe afterwards I'll think about it and whether or not it's marketable. My mind has already been coming up with a sequel, and the book's ending lends itself to one. Short stories could work, though, but I can't see them being an easy sell... Fine for here, but that's not my main thrust. ???
Thanks very much, though, for this lovely review and suggestion. :))

You are welcome.. I think I meant a series of great stories involving this cat.. but I will be excited to see where it goes.. sort of like Lemony Snicket and a Series of Misfortunate Events,,Have you read.. I think it always involves the Baudelier family and Lemony Snicket.. I cannot wait to read it all Dawn.. The only thing I buy my grandchildren are books and things for art..

:)) Well, it will be a while before there's a print edition - not too long, I hope, but I'm working on another book (short stories - NOT a kid's one!!!) for this month at the same time as trying to get this one out in Kindle version by November. A lot on my plate, plus a new illustrator...exciting, but exhausting too. Thanks so much for your wonderful encouragement, Jimi. :))

Because that's how far the sauce stained Hershey. I think this works a little better. What do you think?
Is this going to be a Christmas story? You have my attention even though I am not a child. Looks like this cat is of the mischievous sort. Ha, ha!
Well done!

Oh I know my niece would love this! Great job Dawn. Very funny and the cat is catlike. The kids kid like etc. Seems like its going to be a wild ride. Good character development so far! I love how it all turned out.

A great story. I don't see why it's a children'ss story I like it and I'm 65. I have two cats, a Savannah and a Bengal. They know how to get into trouble. My wife spends a lot of time chasing them around the house, but when she catches them, she pets them.

I like it too. (LOL) Hmm, that's some excellent feedback - exactly the kind of thing I'm looking for - I might have to re-think calling this a transition book. Thanks very much.
LOL re: your wife and the little troublemakers - been there, done that.
