I like the older house nestled amongst the trees; as both the building and the trees are old, they both give the photo an antiquated look--a historic feel;
I enjoy your poem with spot-on rhyme, and good alliteration;
Well-penned dedication to both neighborhood and the woody plants which give streets a charming appeal.
