Lovely. Yes, I live in an area that is famous for the onset of "the leaf peepers" descending. Today is a perfect cool and breezy fall day, thank goodness. Had a/c on until last night. I don't know which I love more, spring or fall. Lovely poem.

I think it is Spring after winter, and Fall after summer. That is why I would never live in a area with no seasons.

Beautiful picture. I like your subject very much. I would follow the path to see the beautiful colors. Where I live there are few trees that have not started their color change. You capture the essence of the dazzling myriad autumn displays, as we not only walk through but behold these stunning visions from afar.
A lovely poem.
