Hi Barbara:)
I'm glad you made it safely home from the wwedding.

This is another great chapter as the story comes together. I thought everyone was out safely, but now I still have to worry about the rescue squad.

So they finely found the Civil War treasure and Cash is starting to believe in ghosts. Speaking of ghosts, could the skeleton belong to Bradley Bookman?

I'm low on stars, but as always, I offer you lots of love and Irish Hugs.

Roger

Not a problem about the stars, I just enjoy you dropping by. I have no idea who the skeleton belongs too, but I doubt it's Bradley. He was killed at Chickamauga, but who knows.

I'm not shocked at all, Barbara. We're in the same boat LoL.

How cool... a treasure is actually found. Lots of excitement and brisk pace to make a very enjoyable addition to your story. Well done!

:) Bev

I'm so glad to hear the wedding was perfect, my friend :-)
This certainly is an exciting chapter - cave ins and ghosts and hidden treasure and danger - nobody is going to fall asleep while reading this chapter. LOL :-) Brooke

This is great, and I'm going with six stars. You've done a great job of putting things together and keeping the readers guessing. I knew there had to be a treasure in there. The rock slide is a threat, and you leave us wondering what has happened to the rescue crew. Will they be trapped in the tunnel? It's great that Morgan sniffing around drew their attention to the treasure. I'm sure Paige will see that it is used for good. judi

Good chapter, Barbara. It will be interesting to see how the book ends.

"The rocks and dirt block (blocked) the tunnel.

Come on(,) follow me.

I have (a) bad feeling about this." He glanced over his shoulder,(no comma) before he picked up Paige.

Cash brushed a kiss a crossed (across) her forehead.

Mary Pat leaned the crutched (crutches) against the wall.

"I think its (it's) right here.

Cash and Billy Joe's glanced (glances) switched between the two women.

"Good(,) you're all safely back."

Two of your suggestions I had that way and my spell/grammar checker through a fit so I changed. I have changed them back. Thank you for keeping me honest. It's surprising how few people catch my mistakes.
