The writing in this chapter is particularly strong, Barbara. I enjoyed it thoroughly. The voice of your characters as kept distinct, and you did a great job of building the suspense the letting the reader hang. Outstanding.

I just love Bradley! This story is just such a pleasing, romantic read. It kind of reminds me of the movie Casper, where Christina Ricci and Casper develop this relationship and then it's time for Casper to move on....tearjerker!

Oh man oh man, you sure did leave your reader hanging with this conclusion...GREAT suspense, Barbara. That Bradley directed Paige's thoughts was a good touch, too!

Great dialogue! So often writers explain rather than have the characters speak. I have not read the previous posts so I am not familiar with the characters but personalities come through anyway. This will be a big success when you finish. I will come back for more posts.

Good job. I clearly am not getting all I can out of this, since I haven't read the previous chapters. But after reading this, I'm interested to scope out the rest. I am curious to know, this is long, surely you don't want a 94 chapter book, so did you break those chapters down and only published sections of each chapter each time?

This is truly exciting. A ghost who cannot be seen is leading these ladies to find the men? Unbelievable, but could Bradley really be helping them? It does seem that way.
You can feel the tension Paige and Mary Pat must be experiencing. I have to hand it to them, they are brave.
I wonder what caused Paige to scream, though? Could she have lost her balance or did she see the men, or Bradley?
Great suspense!
