I am a huge fan of proximate rhyme which has been used for hundreds of years, even by Shakespeare
A few reviewers will complain about it, but that's because they don't know what they're talking about. LOL :-)

love the metaphorical touch with your notes... blind faith. This is a very measured and wise write my dear friend... trusting that we will be looked after even when that notion seems impossible or circumstances don't dictate a great outcome... but giving your burden to something higher than ourselves is the faith that's needed to save a weary soul.
This is a wonderfully composed poem in every way... just beautifully articulated and presented... love and power to you my dearest of friends.
With our thoughts we create,
the comfort of knowing,

There are times in life we can't see
What's right in front of our face
How true! THis is when we have doubt, and it's an uncomfortable place to be. But with a good night's sleep and giving it some thought and prayer, we can usually see where problems... and the solutions... lie. :)

Debbie, then sure if there is life that you traveling in that spirit it and downpour of rain you have to have faith to get through it safely. Your poem reflects this faith and truly is very inspirational and stimulating. Your free verse home I enjoyed reading very much and it did not just speak of faith but of the common knowledge that there are is also hope for us that there is a God and creator who is looking over us. Thank you for sharing and posting this for others and may the Lord be with you always.
