I read this with great interest, partly because the title compelled me do it. I'm the obedient type. But also because it was written by a nurse and I was pretty sure I'd learn something meaningful. I certainly did. I especially enjoyed the amusing ending to this well-written and informative story. You write dialogue that is meaningful as well as believable. I enjoyed the story from beginning to end. Entertaining all the way.

Why I liked this cute story is I could tell the author was getting a chuckle out of writing this. It's like those stories that just keep the reader wanting to get hurriedly to the punch line, but stays with it until the end. Great job.

This is an amusing story about a typical visit to the doctor for a person over the age of fifty.

Excellent punch line. The number one rule: always get it in writing!

Now his wife will help him lose some weight, by pointing out when he's about to eat something fattening. LOL

I'm surprised at how he has come out from that story a hero in so many people's eyes. You should read the reviews. He had a defenseless cat caught in a hunting trap, not a cage and shot it, not once or twice, but seven times. Oh and then for good measure RELOADS HIS GUN and shoots it an eighth time. That wasn't peer pressure. That was pure joy.

At least I called a spade, a spade. All you other reviewers can stroke his ego and coddle him.

Read the story closely and tell me I'm wrong!
