Johnny, what wonderful compliments for my haiku. I wanted to write something a little different for the rainbow haiku contest and thought bubbles were perfect. To leave you wanting more is such an encouraging thing to say, and I appreciate it more than you know. Thank you.

I loved the vivid image of the bubbles and the iridescent hues in them. The reference to the rainbow brought that image to mind. Great syllable count and the lines ran together smoothly. Great job on this. Good luck in the contest.

Where's your bubble picture? That is the only thing this poem is missing is a good bubble rainbow picture. Love the idea and creative take on the prompt. This poem has good visual imagery...I can almost see those bubble rainbows:)

Hi JavaJunkie! Thank you for reading my haiku and for your kind comments. Sometimes I use photographs for haiku, but I tend to like to hear the reader's images my words gave them. I try so hard to use the words to create the images a reader can see in their mind and imagination. I hope this didn't disappoint you too much without artwork. Thank you for your review.

Good job of creating an image, you need sun for a rainbow. would it sound better with afloat instead of float? Not sure.
