Delahay, I enjoyed this poem and thinking about the wind and how it
can motivate us and help us. This makes me think of people who are
in our lives and encourage us. They are with us, but too soon they
are gone from life on this earth.

I enjoyed the poem about the wind. It can bring comfort or fear depending on the strength but I like to hear it howl around corners and feel it touch my face when gentle. Good read.

This is a lovely poem with a nice ring to it. What you say is very true. Very often we don't notice things till they are gone.
Thanks for sharing.

This is a great entry, and had a very smooth flow to it. The only suggestion I'd make is the line where you say "Until I had to do it on my own" - this seems to jangle the flow a bit. My suggestion is "Until I did it on my own". To me, that keeps the flow and gist of what you're saying, but is only a suggestion!
I wish you luck with what I think is a very worthy entry! Cheers, Chris xoxoxoxoxo

Knowledge is helpful when it explains the situation. This is very well written with a smooth flow of words, making for a very good read. There is good imagery.

D.,
This is a sweet little poem about the wind, but it's message can also be applied to other things - the loves in our lives that we don't appreciate until they're gone, etc. Very clever! Thanks!

Sometimes a cool gust of wind will come and enchant me tousling my hair and my heart. Yes the wind envelops and pushes you with a certain purpose in mind. Your poem conjures up interesting images. Your words are expressive and the arrangement with the artwork is wonderful. Thanks for sharing this moving piece and keep writing more of them.
Wishing you all the best--

Your poem was very insightful with the message that the wind, such as God, will give us a shove in the right directions. Very seldom, do we know what direction is best for us. When he chooses, we will always come through with victory. Well done in style and verse. I liked your poem.

The final line tells it all. And it sure applies to me.
Loved it all, the picture, the poetry and the rhyme.
The contest called for uplifting, this poem sure qualifies in that regard
