A nicely written 5-7-5 poem in which you express frustration at something which unfortunately many people can relate to nowadays!

A clever reaction to something that we all feel so angry about.Yor final line is a clever statement of anger and frustration. You did well with such a restricted poetic form. Its recognition is well deserved.

This is really funny, how cheeky for someone to fraudulently use your card to buy flowers? It'd be equally annoyed also, great poem, I really enjoyed it,
Andrew

Perfect artwork and very strong emotions : if I find them they will need them to put on their coffins... Unfortunately sometimes that's the life

That is awful! These people are driving me crazy too, I think there should be stronger and longer sentences for this crime. It does ruin many lives, not enough left to pay the mortgage, the rent, all the necessities that are important to get on with life. I hope it all works out for you, such a nuisance too! xsx Sandra

Hi Sandra, that is the problem...when they drain your account no one cares when the money isn't for the bills...I do have another bank card..but that is not the point...Thank you so very much...Luff Linda xxoo

Oh yes, it is very prevalent. You probably heard of Target mega fraud that took place last October. Some hackers got into the credit cards shoppers used when paying for their merchandise - and stole millions of dollars. I happened to be the one shopping at that period of time but luckily, no money was stolen from my heart, though I was ordered a replacement card. And Target is now offering some kind of free identify theft protection for those who were victims.
Then - a couple of months ago, $550.00 was missing from my checkin account. When I called in the state of dire distress, I found that that a fradulent company in Nigeria got a hold of my money! My bank said that they knew this company already, and they stole from others as well. God only knows how they get this information. What the bank does is put it on immediate dispute (while the investigation is going on - for 90 days or so), and issues you credit.
Do not worry, they'll get to the bottom of it - they didn't steal too much - and rest assured, the culprits will be caught.
Trust me, I am with you on this. These people, I can't believe they once had a mother! (lol)

"Do these people have nothing else to do but sit on their asses and ruin peoples lives?"
The answer is no, I.raven, they do not. They make a living out of destroying the lives of other people, and some use very expensive, sophisticated technologies to garner your private information. After all, it's yours, mine and everyone else's money their spending, so they can afford it.
I don't blame you for being upset and wanting to put them 4'8" underground. I'm right there with you!

There is no limit to the tricks and schemes that criminals and petty thieves will come up with. This was quite funny the way you wrote it about a situation that is not in the least bit funny. Well done to write it down and warn everybody, Linda. I hope it gets sorted out quickly for you, Giddy

Thank goodness for the systems that banks use to intercept these thefts. One of the lowest of worms, in my opinion, is someone who makes a living on someone else's labors. Like the old train robbers, bank robbers etc. They're even stealing the social security numbers of the newborn.
I'm glad you will get your's back

Such a terrible way to be violated in this age of technology. I hope your bank will solve the mystery soon and bring that person to justice. At least you found a positive outlet for your frustration. Nicely worded 5-7-5 and you got a recognition out of it...Congrats.
