Sounds like a "Topper" movie gone wild. This is very well written with a smooth flow of words, making for a very good read. Good comedy.

Gosh, what an intriguing set of developments. Fifteen to twenty ghosts sounds like a house-full, all right. I noticed one line:
It seems our friends Daniel Walker and James Davis Junior entered the house around two this morning"
needs a period after the word morning and before the quotation marks.
