Cash and Billy Joe are assuming that Paige hired someone to do special effects to produce the ghosts, but did she? I don't think she did, but they had to come from somewhere. Cash is not ready to buy into real ghosts.

I am a little lost and hopefully will be able to read some of your earlier posts. I really can't relate to the characters and a little confused on the storyline. Will give a better review when I catch up on the story.

I am not sure why you not having read my previous posts is my fault. When I review a story for the first time I review it on the merits of the writing, not the story line.

According to grammar you need a comma before and to coordinate two independent clauses. That's why I place a comma there.

I was surprised at Paige's reaction to the news that her ex-fianc'e was killed in a car wreck. She took the news rather

Things are getting really interesting, but now it's posing questions about Paige hiring special effects people? What craziness is that. I definitely don't think that is so, but I sure can understand Cash's skepticism about real ghosts.
Not just a ghost, but possibly several.

Oh dear that is one mischievous ghost. =} Anther fun chapter. I do think in this there may have been a bit more detailed than needed, like Cash getting and opening a bottle of water. But maybe not. I'm no expert. If no one else things so, then it's just me. =} A fun read. Rox

He glanced in the rearview mirror at Paige. "I don't know how you did it, but Tyler and Daniel swear the house is haunted. Earlier I had mentioned that James Davis Junior went by Tyler in High School and that is how Cash and Billy Joe knew him. Thank you for the kind review.

Ghosts, maybe imaginary, maybe not. Broken noses form flying drawers, deaths during a race, B & E...man, this story has a LOT of stuff going on all at once!
However, you manage to keep it all segmented quite well, and the direction each part takes is clear. I was a bit puzzled about the non-chalance Paige displayed concerning Cleve's death, but I suppose she has her reasons. I also wonder if the ghosts that Tyler and Daniel claim they saw were real, or if it was some fantastic ruse orchestrated somehow by Paige.
Your writing has a very professional flair to it. I enjoyed this very much.

I was surprised at Paige's coldness at the beginning of the chapter. That made it easier for me to believe that she did use her money and special effects to scare the two troublemakers. Nice job.
