Huh! Billie Joe! Shame on him for thinking such a thing. If Paige heard him, she'd kick him in the butt!
Another fun, fast paced chapter. On to the next.
Cheers & Blessings

I swear some people will believe in angels but not in ghosts. This was too much fun to read. I think it read too fast, I need more. This story is just as addictive as ever.

Hi Barbara:)
Paige seemed to be remarkably unimpressed by the news that Cleve Clover, her former fianc© had been killed in a car wreck, but her explanation of her break up with the jerk simply show how far in the past she had lost all feelings for the jerk.
After a fancy breakfast the four finally leave Atlanta and head for Savannah. Then Cash explained that the message from Bart told how Daniel Walker and James Davis Junior had been caught in the mansion, but mysterious happening had left the vandals shaken and claiming that Paige's home really was haunted.
It appears that Cash as an unbeliever in ghosts was a bit reluctant to pass on all of Bart's message, so as they pumped gas the men discussed what had happened. Billy Joe asked Cash,"Do you think Paige hired somebody to provide special effects in the house?"
I hope the guys have more faith than that in Paige. Again I suggest that Paige's ideas can be tamed by a little love and some strong Irish Hugs.
I am ready for everyone to get home and learn more. I'll admit that I too am skeptical that Bradley Bookman's ghost is responsible for all the strange events.

This was a well written chapter, and I spotted no spag. Who are the ghosts? Do they really exist? Is it all a hoax, or is there somebody playing tricks? The reader is still guessing...

Alot of mystery makes for a good read. Flowing dialogue between characters is also great. I need to read your previous posts to truly appreciate this work but I will be sure to follow you now.

I thought Paige's reaction to Cleve Clover's death was a little strange, but I'm sure there is a logical explanation coming up in another post.
Did James Davis Junior's name change to Tyler halfway through this post. Did I miss something? Does he go by two names or is this a mistake?
Apart from that bit of confusion, I thoroughly enjoyed this post, and got a laugh at the ghost protecting the house. It's also very funny how Cash and Billy Joe thinks it's the cause of special effects.

Thank you for the kind review. James Davis Junior when by Tyler in High School. That's when Cash and Billy Joe knew him.

Paige is convinced she has a ghost that protects the house. I don't think she lied about not hiring special effect but these guys and convinced there is no such thing as ghosts. You story is eerie and entertaining.

Went back and read chapters 68-which I reviewed-and then 69 and 70. I like the way that you have the story and have many things happening at once. Very interesting, and the unanswered questions will pull me into the next chapter. Good dialogue, short and right to the point.
You keep getting better!
