This is a page turner. I read the last chapter and am eager to read the next. I think the picture is awesome, and it gets my attention right away. Looking forward and pulling for Paige and Cash....blessings...

CONSIDER: See a pattern?
"Paige yanked the ties...Avoid adverbs you don't need.
"Paige elevated her voice. "Exactly my point!"
"Paige stood up hands on her hips. KEEP IT SIMPLE
A good read as usual.

Well I'm glad that Paige and Cash are together again and he had an innocent explanation for his whereabouts the night before. Now maybe they can enjoy their time in New Orleans.
Another well written chapter that I really enjoyed. Gary

Terrific dialogue in this chapter, barbara. I'm so glad that Paige and Cash are back being friends though it was definitely touch and go. Another excellent chapter!
Warmest regards, Bev

This is so sweet. This is the start of a wonderful relationship, Barbara. It's one where two can fully trust each other. I am enjoying the story. It's well written.

Hi Barbara,
So she paces all night and he's sleeping in the SUV - a well penned post for your story progression - these two characters seem to drive each other nuts from time to time.
You managed to let that come across in this post.
Well penned work my friend.
Thanks for sharing it.

You show Paige's concern for Cash so well.
She really questioned him - almost an interrogation
but still he hasn't told all.
Your writing makes it all so realistic, Barbara.

I think I've told you this before, but I really love your character's names, Cash and Paige. I always struggle to get mine. Though once I do, I'm satisfied. I don't think I would have forgiven Cash so quickly. Another slap would have been perfect. Smile.
