just loved this...and i so agree...the world would certainly seem to be a mess....when you watch the news...i try to avoid the news...so depressing..and only the faces change....BUT...the world has triple the beauty...the love...the miracles, that they never cover....oh, the world is still full of magic too, but we won't see it on cnn....maybe in the face of a child? loved your poem...blessings to you!

I have never seen the world so blue... << Nor have I! What a harsh time we're going through. Will we fix things or let them get so bad that it's too late? Superb poem with a tragic, yet reality-based theme.

As I was reading your lovely verses, Dean, I felt like the spirit looking down on Earth, so your words had the desired effect. It is true what you say, but perhaps we should be concentrating on the positives and maybe the idea would spread, (I wish,) concentrate on losing their guns perhaps... yeah maybe. loved the music, Giddy

Excellent picture and the music was very calming. Your words are so true. Our children are missing all the wonderful treasures that await them outside, and have taken an interest in video games and television. If they would just put those things away and go stand in the sunshine before it all disappears and they have no one to blame for themselves. Thanks for sharing. Beautiful:)

Thank you so much for your wonderful review, Linda. I couldn't agree with you more. Heck, when I was a kid, we weren't even allowed back into the house to get a drink of water. We used whatever garden hose was available at the time. Of course, none of us wanted to be inside on a beautiful summers day, not like kids today do!

This is exceptional to us. You are right there is so much sorrow for people have forgotten God of just turned away from him. This week alone one of the ladies in our church had her daughter get killed in a one car accident, high alcohol level. One the ladies had the doctor tell her her husband has the worst kind of stomach cancer, gave him 3 weeks to live and told her to call in hospice. I may have a broken hip but I will mend, the others problems are heart wrenching and it takes a lot longer to mend. God loves you and so do we.
