Hey, Barb...

Well, maybe I'm falling for Paige's ghost stories - perhaps in the form of -trickery-!

More question but no answers - hmmmm??

Cheers & Blessings

Be interesting to find out where you got all these ideas from? Must have been into a bit of Ghostology as I think I said way back. Very interesting still. maybe the ghost want Paige to have all the good stuff. He has been hiding it from everyone else. No Spags again.

This was so good. Sorry I haven't read sooner but I go to school 2 days a week to a computer course. Then I am so packed here and ready to move. Keep up the good work and get this story in the movies. Let me know when it gets there I want to watch it. That would be fun. Marlene

I need a computer course, maybe I should join you. I had training twice this week, then my husband and I went to Austin today. OH dear, I just stay behind. I appreciate your review.

Hello friend. Glad to check in here and find your story still alive. Didn't expect Paige to still be with a broken ankle though. I'm sure I've missed a lot on other things, ghosts for sure.

Check these few:

Nala walked toward the stairs. "I'll get her ready for a bath and then [pick up the room]." - not sure I understand that phrase....

Nala's hands sat on her hips. - Awkward, as if the hands have a life of their own. Try 'Nala placed her hands on her hips'.

"Somebody tell me what's going on." Paige leaned [again] the door. - against

"It'll be fine. I like the blue color. It highlights your eyes.["]

Hope all is well with you!

You are the only person who caught those out of all the reviewers. Sometimes I wonder if anybody actually reads. Thank you.

I'm glad you added a photo of the brooch, because it really puts a clear image in my mind as I'm reading this. I'm also happy Paige's ghost has returned. It's obvious he's trying to help Paige. The discovered treasures continue to add to the mystery of the story. I'm really curious to see how all of this is going to end, and I look forward to finding out :-)

Another piece of the puzzle creating all this mystery. I wonder why no one mentioned the laughter that Paige kept referring to as coming from Bradley Bookman?
Each chapter, a bit more of the puzzle is revealed, and it keeps getting more interesting, as something more is added to indicate there is quite a lot of money at stake here. Whoever is trying to scare off Paige, is definitely after the money.

Barbara,

The chapter is interesting, and it seems to support Paige's belief in the mansion being haunted. The mysterious appearance of the brooch adds to the suspense. It is a good read, and I look forward to the next chapter.

I think Mary Pat and Billy Joe will find love. If
they haven't already. I think write really well
What I would like to know is if Cash and Paige
find love also? Anyway, this is heating up. Keep
writing.

Mary Pat and Billy Joe are married. It's Paige and Cash that we are worried about. Thank you for the kind review.

Lot of characters to remember in this scene you have going. Will be interested to figure out how they are important to the writing. I read a few of your post. you are still doing some good writing. I am enjoying what I do get to read.

I am not sure what to change to make it a five star. I wish you would enlighten me.
