ON thousand atta boys is wiped out by one oops. Which one made the oops? We'll find out soon enough. I liked the use of Morgan to sooth Paige.

Hi Barbara,

I think Billy Joe is very wise. Maybe 12 years of marriage has taught him the many bumps in the road when you love someone. I do think Paige and Cash love each other but don't know how to express it. Hopefully they will soon. The conversation between Cash and Billy Joe seem so real. Well done....blessings, chey

Barbara,

I like the way you had Billy Joe disarm Cash. He did a good job of bringing him back to Earth. The story flows nicely, and the dialogue is excellent. You succeeded in painting a series of word pictures that let my mind watch the action from a safe distance. I enjoyed the read.

It seems that Paige kind of lost her temper, and Cash can't understand why. He was just trying to protect her.

She sure has a lot of people concerned about her welfare. I imagine she really hurt his feelings by her fit of anger, especially after all he's done for her.

My goodness I knew Cash had a temper along with his fireball attitude when Page got SO upset with him

the whole scene with his dad and him
Was great.

Hope they make up, otherwise, there will never be a romance

The start of this post really hits me hard. I remember getting dumped and I was so in a rush to leave, I just kept fumbling with the keys. Once I got the key in the ignition, I speed off to a friends house and we talked about women over a couple of drinks. You sure you didn't write this about me :) Nice work.

Thank you for the kind review and encouraging words. I worry when I write from the men's viewpoint that I am messing it up. I raised four boys, but still.

Good chapter, Barbara. Just wondering if "Jack Ass" is intentional throughout (which I assume it is), or if it should just be "jackass."

I have wondered the same thing. I what and see if anybody else comments on it. Thank you for the kind review.

The first time you used it, I thought you might be using it as a name, but as you get further into the story, it seems to me that it should be simply "jackass" which refers to a foolish person. Totally up to you, though.

Pesky paying jobs, always getting in the way of creativity. :-) You do a great job of showing the volatility in this relationship where they both care more than they'd like to admit. :-) Excellent dialogue throughout :-) Brooke

Thank you for sharing one more chapter that I liked to read.
It had good descriptions and a smooth and easy to follow dialogue, I like the language you used here thoroughly.
The communication between Billy Joe and cash was interested to read and kept my interest, it was not annoying, it was enjoyable you follow. I appreciate the advise that Billy Joe gave to Cash regarding his marriage.
Looking forward to read next chapter.

I'd say Billy Joe has a pretty good head on his shoulders, the common sense kind. I agree Paige needs to worry a bit..being spoiled is not good. Good chapter. God loves you and I do too.
