Hullo Barbara Wilkey ...

This is another interesting chapter that came to an abrupt end when Redman had to leave suddenly.

There are a few small changes recommended ...
* You have - You didn't asked, did you? ... which should be - You didn't ask, did you?
* You have - Has there been problems? ... which should be - Have there been problems?
* You have - Documentation the house has to stay in ... I suggest - Documentation proving that the house has ....
* You have - for drunk and disorderly. This should be -
for drunk and disorderly behaviour.
Now, I look forward to the next chapter.
Love from .... Nanette Mary.

Hi Barbara, Nice. I was however left a little confused at the end where it says "The lights went out. Enough sunlight shown through the window that Paige noticed the Bookman Family book opened to the family tree. Why does he want me to study this? What is he trying to tell me?

Is this suppose to be some time? And who is that wants her to study the Bookman Family book?

I am guessing the ghost that we have met in previous posts wants Paige to study the Bookman Family tree. Thank you for the kind review.

Hi, Barbara. Great work in this and I enjoyed reading. A good scene when the two elderly Southern belles are leaving. They are so offended by Cash, yet it's alright for them to use the can on Morgan and they're insulting to Cash. So far the lawyer doesn't seem to be of much help. They go over the Bookman family history, as there's been a claim that Paige isn't actually a direct descendant. We still don't know who contested the will, but can imagine. The Bookman Family tree seems to hold some answers. judi

I think the Bookman family tree will hold many answers for Paige, she just needs to figure it all out. Thank you for the kind review.

this is very well written, barbara, you did an excellent job writing this chapter where the ladies are rude with cash and hit the puppy with the cane. paige finds out that the walkers are the ones contesting the will. the ligghts go out and the family book is opened to the family tree. i saw one error==should be you didn't ask did you instead of you didn't asked did you

Boy Paige will be getting pretty nervous over this whole thing. They had better figure it out pretty soon. Those two old biddies seemed to just be nosy. Imagine, hitting the poor little doggie.

The ghost wants doesn't like the old ladies and their designs any more than Morgan. So what the thief was looking for was a document stating the intended inheritance.

I think so, but we may have to wait awhile. I haven't seen any of your post lately. You all right? Thank you for the kind review.

I'm fine, just busy. I've revising books and uploading them to Amazon for Kindle, some of the things I have posted at FS in the past. I've uploaded five of the books so far. I decided it's time to try selling stories. Feel free to take a look. You can sample them for free. They'e under my name, Elgon Williams.

Hummm, this opens up a whole bunch of new possibilities as to who is involved in all the strange things going on. She shouldn't have hit the puppy. I'm a puppy defender. Good chapter. God loves you and so do I.

Hi Barbara,

Someone really is desperate to get their hands on the house and presumably the money they think goes with it.

One correction for you -

and alternated sniffing - alternated (or perhaps alternately?)

Some new information on Paige's inheritance. Not sure what this means. Are relatives from another branch of the family breaking into the house to steal some documents?

If those other family members were going to contest the will, they would probably be more active than they seem to be. So there is some other mystery at work.

Cheers,
DW

I've missed quite a few of the posts on this story since I've had computer problem and been out of pocket for a while. I'll try to go back and review what I've missed. I didn't know the will was being contested. It seems as if Paige is being contacted by the ghost. It is a very intriguing story.
