I enjoyed this chapter and your descriptive words provide good imagery as your two main characters join a tour-group and then discuss the history of the old house.
There are just two small changes to suggest ...
* You have - The Confederate dressed tour guide waved his arms ... I suggest - The tour-guide, dressed in Confederate attire, waved his arms ...
* You have - Why you dressed in the grays? I suggest -
Why are you dressed in the grays?
Now, I look forward to the next chapter.

This little piece is an interesting insight into people's uncertainty about ghosts. There is a certain edginess in the conversation, as if the characters are constantly looking over their shoulders, nervously laughing to cover their fears. I enjoyed the light humour and the way the characters were so well scripted.

Paige is getting a very extensive and interesting tour of Savannah by Evan. He has extensive know of the dark side of Savannah. Cash has gotten more than he expected from the tour when he saw a couple of ghosts.

A nice touch to this chapter. I love reading about ghosts. This town sure seems to have its fair share of them. I had to grin when Cash saw the couple embraching each other. I guess he was nota believer until that moment. Well written. I enjoyed the chapter. luv jada

If Cash didn't believe in ghost before, I guess he does now.
After all actors don't just disappear.
I saw no misspelled words and punctuation seems fine.
