Nicely written and entertaining. Keep sharing your works with us to be reviewed and dissected. Good luck in the contest and don't forget to watch for the vampires tonight. When you feel the wind on your cheek it will be a warning of the vampires approach. baahaahaa!!

Great Creativity. I liked the name and the way you chose to express it in the writing of this fine piece of work. However I found many spelling issue's. It is one thing to create a word and tell our own word processors to add it to our dictionary's like for instance, "Bedbugin" Most know that this isn't a word, that it is the author's choosing that sets them apart from their peers. But to take a word like 'something' and misspell it 'somthin' because that is the way we talk, isn't a good thing in putting a good piece together when it comes to writing. Though we may not like to follow the rules when it comes to talking a truly good writer knows that one must keep the rules when it comes to great writing. I didn't allow myself to get too pulled into this piece of work, though from what I did read, I saw that it was good, and very creative. For me personally I don't read scary stuff, it goes against my values and personal boundaries I've set for myself. Other than that, stay in there and keep up the good work

That's an accepted style form for dialect. Thank you.

I think that it restricts the visual flow when people get too descriptive. The reader should be expected to be creative when they read It forces them to make the story more personal when they put their own spin on the visuals. You didn't get too descriptive and I like that.

Well, high again, Ripped, and welcome to Fanstory. You're going to love it here.

I'm glad you like my writing style. I know what you mean, too. Some folks just want the bare bones so they can 'see' what they visualize. Others want pan 'n scan, tastes, smells, the feel of fabric. Glad I hit the right combo for you.

So nice to see you again and thank you for the generous sixer. I'm truly humbled by your ratings. I hope you come back again.

    Best,
    Gayle

Its good so far. I like the character interaction. It seems believable. I really can't think of anything to complain about and I can't wait to read the rest.

    Hi Ripped,

My goodness, a sixer! Thank you so very much. I must say, to get the full effect of this story, please go to my portfolio and read "Loup Garu". Without it you'll be lost when you meet Darius.

Thank you so much and I hope to see you again,

    Best,
    Gayle

Guess who, Gayle? Yup, I am back among the online living. Since when did you write horror? Loved this chapter and I definitely want to read the chapters which came before it. Is there any genre you cannot write? Great work!

Oh my, a sixer. Gosh, it's just terrific to see you again, Rob. And I love that you've gone back to your original moniker! I changed a bit - Showboat. Long story. So where've you been, my friend? It's been years, at least three. You were working on that reality TV show, can't remember the title. Is it finished?

Well, I've been busy, lots of changes since we last spoke. PM to follow.

Thanks so much for the wonderful sixer and I'm glad you liked this one. I'm editing it now and hope to have it out for Christmas. Would you like one?

Hugs and a big welcome back!

We are so pleased the doggies pulled through for all our sakes. We enjoyed the twist at the end with the howling in the night and the silver bullet.

Love and hugs

Had to save the doggies, girls! What would we do without them?

So glad you enjoyed this one, now I'm back in the editing cave!

wow, great stuff. I'm glad the dogs will survive. I wanted them to find the werewolf and kill him with the silver bullets, but the alligator works too. Well done.

Tehee, I wasn't sure what to do at the end, we might just change that up a bit! The characters do the writing, y'know.

Thank you so much for the support and fine comments throughout this one. Your input is so valuable to me. Thank you.

    Hugs,

Ah, my friend, it is finished, but what a great tale it was. Like all thing they do end but we do hate to see the good ones go. I am going to try and get the new pieces up here by next week. I will miss this tale but you did seem to leave a little daylight for more. I loved the Darius character! I wish you could bring back in some other tale. Well done and bravo my fried!!!!

Waaah! I hate it when books end! Now I'm going to edit this one and hope to have it out for Christmas.

And that lovely sixer! Rob, what a wonderful ending for the story. I thank you, dear friend.

    Hugs and big thanks,

Everyone knew, the only way to kill a werewolf is with a silver bullet.--Did you mean to have the exact same sentence repeated so close together? This was right before the last paragraph and then again at the end. Just wanted to mention it. If you meant it, sorry.

Wonderful chapter and so happy the dogs are doing better! :-)

Hi Becca, well, that's part of what happens at editing. I didn't do it quite right the first time. So, the sheriff is musing, he's deciding what to do next...think I'll probably take the first reference out.

Thank you so much for all the wonderful comments and support and those great eagle eyes!

    Hugs,

Gayle, what a fabulous ending to your great story! I love that both dogs survived and you left us wondering about the future for Sheriff Lou. Another book, perhaps. Great job throughout, my friend. Good luck with your book sales.

Hugs, Bev

Oh, a sixer! What a lovely way to end a book. And Bev, I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your friendship and help. I just want you to know that.

I'll still be dropping in to do a review, so you'll see me regularly, I just won't be posting.

    Again, thank you!
