I love the picture. It fits perfectly with the setting and dialogue you've created. I think I might have missed a chapter, so I'll have to go back and read. I love the sense of tension I got when Paige and Cash run into Dwayne Baker. I felt the accusatory glances and assumptions that it seemed Dwayne was making about P and C. Good job!

Hi Barbara:)
Apparently Paige is quite happy to let Cash be her tour guide. Although her plans don't seem to include a new romance, I can tell that she accepts Cash's southern charm.
Cash seems quite taken with the rich New England girl, but he may be a little overwhelmed by her obvious wealth. I'm certain he will spend plenty of spare time looking for any secrets the old mansion may contain.
Are Savannah ghost tours as exciting as those in New Orleans? Both cities have a colorful history that includes both slaves and pirates. That gives the story a great background. Keep up the good storytelling.
Love and Irish Hugs,
Roger

The picture is just perfect for this Pirates' House chapter and fan (not expensive) things to do. I liked how Cash directed Paige toward the Savannah River. I love rivers crossing the city's, just like in San Antonio.
Best wishes Barbara in this new school year. We'll wait for Sundays to enjoy reading your wonderful written.
Please, take care!

A well penned post and continuation of this story. It's building well, great pace for the reader. Your imagery and scene play was wonderful. I felt as if I was there.
Still hooked and enjoying the read.

barbara:
My daughter returns to work on August 23rd although she
taught summer school and has had to work numerous days
in August so she has not had much of a summer this year.
I'm going to help her set up her classroom tomorrow.
Why do I get the impression Dwayne Baker thinks he is
better than Cash? I always find that amazing. I hope
there are lots of tunnels in Paige's house. It would be
fun to explore them.
thanks for sharing
hope you have a great school year
love,
jan

Hi, Barbara, this is a vivid piece, the more so with the complementing picture. Now I'm expecting Sunday with Cash and his mother.

Another great segment added to this story. Writer is bringing the couple together smoothly and at good pace. Wonder how this Dwayne is going to muddy the water? Like the part about the other 2 women not having alot of extra cash. Realistic, enjoyed.
