This is a riotous beginning as Chocolate steals the show from the opening of the door to the final thought of the chapter. So funny how understanding Anne is and how embarrassed Gail. Wait! Twelve ponds?

Sounds like a fun book. It also sounds like Hershy's adventures are the sort that are a bit embarrassing at first, but then bring lots of laughter and amusement when the tales are told. Well done. Looking forward to more.

This is a fun story/chapter where Hershy shares a little bit too much of his sauciness (pun intended) with an important visitor. Here is the hapless victim of his traipsing around the kitchen or dinner: Gail Winters rubbed her fingers together and blushed, her cheeks now bright pink. Mrs. Winters was certainly diplomatic by calling it 'oily' instead of 'greasy.' Fun read.

We have several cats that if you leave food in the counter they will help themselves. It's like they think they should have people food no matter how much they get disciplined some times.they live steal fried fish and KFC chicken.
