"Curtain drops, you began to weep" - I think in order to keep in proper tense you need to change 'began' to 'begin'

I must admit the artwork got me in to start with but your verses kept me there.Great rhyming and some lovely word usage - tears, dread and lonely night - I found this line very easy to visualize. I enjoyed the read.
