Very intense chapter and worthy of the win. It kept me on the edge of my seat the whole way through. I did not come across any SPAG. Well done. Debbie :0)

Well, how nice to see a review! Been ages since I posted. And then, to garner a five AND even more important, "belle"! Do you know how many people have read that book and never caught that?

M'dear, I can't thank you enough except to give you a thumb!

    Again, THANK YOU!

You are most welcome. I don't know how many people have read it, but I will check. I can't wait to read the rest of it. I may not comment unless I find some nit somewhere, but I definitely want to read it. That is unless you would rather I commented. Debbie :0)

You'll have to go into my Profile and pick it up there. The contest chapter is just part of the book, lol, which is why I was so surprised when it won!

There's no money left on it, of course, and there have been oodles of changes, so if you can wait a bit, I'll send you the paperback as soon as it comes out! Probably March, but it could be much earlier than that. My friend shelley kaye is a huge fan of the series...there are four others, so with interest like this, I could have it out in a couple of weeks.

Now, if you'd like, send your address to me in a pm and I'll send you the first one, Secret Lives. Actually, go to my website and check out all the books in that series.

I looked for the website address on your profile, and I must be blind, as I can't find it. So there are more. That is great! I don't care if there is money on a piece or not, just whether I enjoy the read. LOL! Shelley Kaye reviews my stuff sometimes, she is a sweetie, for sure. Yes, I will send you my address. Thanks! I do not normally swear but I need to express my feelings on this. It was bloody fantastic. The details jump out and hit you with such force it is akin to a mental orgasm. I envy you your obvious talent. Well done and congratulations well deserved. Geemarc

Oh, my gosh, Gayle. I can't stand the thought of Norman being on the loose and stalking Cathy. Stay alert, Kip! The hair is standing up on the back of my neck. Great stuff, dear friend.

Not a nit in sight.

Hugs,
Renie

Keep 'em coming still. There are some interesting hurdles for Norman here, such as the hotel room number, and the possibility of bumping into people his alter knows.

One thing: the day's tournament opener (versus today's when you're dealing in past tense)

Thanks for a good read!

This is an excellent story. I'm sorry since it isn't the last chapter this won't tell me how the story ends but it certainly works for the sentence that begins the story. I is packed full of suspense and flows nicely. Good luck in the contest.

Hi showtimebook

Tense chapter, building up to a really explosive climax by the sound of ti. The stalker here makes my flesh creep he is so real and your descriptions are great.

Well done.

    Hi Patrick,

Thanks for the great words. Yes, Norman is a piece of work, very scary, and it's only going to get worse! A couple three chapters left. I'm going to hate to see this one end!

    Again, thank you,

This is well written. I like the depiction of "the door" opening and closing on his alternate personalities.

Luck on the contest.

Thank You My Friend,

Knowledge

You sneaky little girl. You blended the contest right into your book. Nice job. I have a question. Does Norman know Kip by name? The reson I ask, is it seems when you mention Kip you seem to be in her POV, where you need to stay in his.

'Alright, now. (I'm told its not alright, its all right or all wrong. LOL. This from a mutual freind. LOL

lots of hugs

LOL! It just fit so well, Heidi, I couldn't resist. It's like it was made for me!

Heidi, I'm not sure about alright..I used it as 'okay' or 'fine', not in the all right way. I'll have to tackle Norma and see what she says. I'd love to win this one and that can't happen with a spaggie!

Miss you, too, dear. Hope all is well!

    Thanks and hugs,

I almost always use it as okay, and always get her and I tyhink renie too, with all right. I know I read alright all the time in professional published books. It must be like ain't. which I use and not even Norma says not to. LOL

I just checked and it's referred to as a 'regional choice' whatever THAT means, lol. English! A thousand rules and a million exceptions! Oy!

Absolutely marvelous chapter. The insane fueled obsession of Norman is conveyed superbly. You have done a terrific job building the tension and leave the reader on the edge of their chair terrified of what is to come next. This is really a strong chapter. I anxiously look forward to reading the next. Great entry for the contest too.

    Hey Sasha,

I'm so glad you liked this one. I'm in sort of a pickle because this won't be moved into the story until after the contest closes, so a lot of fans will probably miss it. Also, I really can't add another chapter until then because it would mess everyone up. I wish I'd never entered it in the contest, truth to tell. The prompt just was so perfect.

Enough whining! Thanks for the great review and comments,

    Hugs,
    Gayle

This is very well written and I loved the suspense. I am anxious to read more. I do have one question - you had him parking by a bar and grill that was closed for the evening and later stated the bar wouldn't close until three. Are these the same place? Great descriptions and I like the way you show instead of tell. Something I'm working on. Keep up the good work.

Hey Robin, thank you so much for the great review and comments. I think you've read a couple of previous chapters and I'm glad you're not lost. Let me check about the bar. It would remain open until three...at least that's what it's supposed to say!

Thanks again and hope to see you again,
