That's quite chilling. It reminded me of images f various faces that people imagined they saw in the smoke of the Twin Towers on 9/11. These days we would just assume those images were computer-generated, but apparently not.

Thank you Navada. Definitely not.

I totally love this! You caught this fiend, not only with your camera but with your poem. His anger and malice is frozen first in wood, and now in your words. I just think it's simply brilliant!

You've got me thinking about doing it also. Im no good at poetry, but to take a picture and then write a story about it. I don't know why it never occurred to me to do it before. So thank you too!

Thank you Julie. I?ve written 4 books doing just that. Good luck.

I love this poem! The language feels like it was written a couple centuries ago and it made me feel the thrill and anticipation of a mystery. And then when I saw the picture I could tell how well thought out your writing was! Keep up the good work!

I love the photo, and I love the poem that you have written about it. Personally, I see kind of a dog like figure in it, but my vision is not all that great, so I may be totally mistaken. I wish you the very best with all of your writing. God bless. Patricia.

Love this stanza, it lets u creep in a dimension we rarely pay attention to: "Is this a winter den
So deep within that wounded oak?
You're hidden not. I see your face
That's lurking there so out of place."
