Caption Contest

I thought it would be fun to run a contest where a specific photo needs to be captioned, but I can't figure out how to do it from the contest form (or if it's even possible).

1. The form allows an upload of a picture from FanArt, but is it possible to upload one not from FanArt?

2. How do you make the same picture show up on each of the entries, not just as an ad for the contest?

I know this is done with club entries (write a poem or story based on this specific picture), so maybe club leaders have an idea?

I have gotten this to work with one out of the 50+ contests I have hosted. If you look at the entries you will see that the picture I included showed up in the notes at the bottom of the piece. (Not quite what you are after, but better than nothing; there is also a way for you to pick a standard pic for each entry but the author can override that as I recall).

More testing will be needed to confirm why the pic I added showed up on each entry. Here is my theory:

-it may have been a writing prompt contest, not a regular contest

-I may have been able to edit the date the contest was due to end after originally creating it, preserving the use of the template, as the normal contests don't include the contest rules/description on the pieces and instead include a link to the contest

-I included an image source reference in the contest description. If you are unfamiliar with how to do this in HTML, just look it up on W3schools or ask any AI bot to show you. Make sure your image source is stable and avoid linking to a massive image file, as each user has to download it in the browser every time the page loads.
