Virile Weed

Stand tall,
erect,
you virile weed!

Go fill the sky
with fertile
seed.

Your profile
clearly
shows your
POWER.

Stature
growing
by the hour.

Above tree tops
your image
towers.

Displaying
reproductive need.

To propagate
your ancient
breed.

No other
rival
can compete.

And yet

how sweet
that
yellow flower.
