Like the ink, traipsing a lyrical dance,

In the grand ballroom of timeless expanse.

Crafting a world of ineptitude,

Aping free verse without hesitation.

You are... really?

The echo of a million voices,

A cacophony of errant choices.

Within your maze of thoughts, you find your tone,

A disharmony uniquely your own.

You are... quite something!

The maestro of language, wordsmith inept,

Weaving stories difficult to forget.

With each pen stroke indited night and day,

In the labyrinth of a mind at play.

Visionary thoughts curiously take flight,

As novel ideas ignite the night.

Words saturate the page, your fears depart,

For within your muse feigns your poet’s heart!
