I am definitely an armchair detective. I found this out one evening when a friend of ours, a real life, local police detective came for dinner and brought with him some details of a current case he was working on.

While we enjoyed cocktails, he explained that this case puzzled him. Normally his attitude is criticism of how stupid criminals are.

Briefly, here are the details.

The scene of the crime: home of wealthy socialite.

The victim: attractive brunette in her late thirties.

The weapon: handgun a few feet from the body.

The characters: butler, sister, best friend, mother, brother.

The prize pool is currently 25.00 member dollars. There are 13 spots still open. If all open spots are used the prize pool will be 90.00 member dollars.
