Nanowrimo War Stories
The topic for this contest is: Your Nanowrimo Experience
This is a contest for anyone who was crazy enough to take on the National Novel Writing Month challenge. Those of you who have entered like me (2008)are going through some real issues trying to crank out a 50,000 word novel in 30 days.
I thought I'd take this little break and create a way for us to vent, and maybe retain a little of our sanity. So don't hold back, give me your best, or worst Nanowrimo experience.
You don't have to be a current wrimoer to enter this contest. But you must write a war story about your National Novel Writing Month experience.
The story must be specifically about the topic.
Creative approaches are welcomed. But contest voters will be asked to consider the topic when making a choice for a winner.
Minimum length 300 words. Maximum Length 500 words. Recommended length 350 - 450 words.
The contest winner will win half of the prize pool which is based on the number of entries. The second and third place winners will each share the remaining prize pool.
