Congratulations on completing this challenge. I think all of us could relate to wanting the pandemic to end and to looking forward to "new things" and satisfying "routines". I hope May is a fruitful beginning to your new year- Joan

Hi Joan! You're nice. Thank you. And if I'm not on-site again this week, have a wonderful Mother's Day Weekend. Hearts & hugs, Alicia (aka Sunnilicious)

Hi Alicia. We do miss the sudden ending to the NaPoWriMo each year, but will NOT miss the ending of the virus--and certainly hope it doesn't return again. Your poem is well illustrated, such a good choice to accompany your poem. Marilyn

This poem, But I Hate Goodbyes, brings an end to the April poetry challenge and all the other great things April brought us.

Don't say goodbye, just keep writing. Hopefully things start looking up soon for all of us. Keep writing and expressing your creativity. Let's start springing into better things. Bill

A very well-written poem about the end of the NaPoWriMo month but it's not Goodbye but only see you again next year when the challenge will be once again open for everyone.

Congratulations on finishing another creative month of poems, Alicia! Thanks for coming back to do this and please don't stay away for too long. I know you have other things and hope you find that acting role you'll love. Hugs!

I have enjoyed your poems for the last month. You have a creative mind and it shows in your poetry. This is a good send-off to the April challenge. You did well. So, this means you will not return until next year? If so, the best wishes with your artistic endeavors. Thanks for sharing.
Respectfully, Jan

Another year of NaPoWriMo over, Jan! It was different this year. I have to find a talent agent and start working as an actress. If I could make money at writing, I would. I'll be around maybe a few times a month. You're nice. Thank you :)
