I love the cat simile,. finely extended. Imaginative! This is an expressive and impressive acrostic with bonus rhyming and good flow. I like the phrase cat-ambling thoughts. I like some of your unusual vocab choices, like nimble, billowing and redux. Fine internal rhymes too. Fine presentation.
