Goodness, what a lot of trouble and trauma you have had to go through. Skin cancers are very nasty but now people are covering up so much, they're short on Vitamin D. I hope this latest operation gets rid of the cancer once and for all.

You are really having a hard time of it. It's a good job your optimism still shows through (a bit), and that you have the support of your wife and your faith. Hang on in there.

Thanks Katherine. Have to see if I had read your stuff before. I was about to go basic on FS but some kind soul has paid for another year for me which really touched me. I plan to write a poem/ tribute to the anonymous donor as soon as the "funny money" gets up a tad. Thanks again.

More to pray for. I'm sending up prayers right now for your head. I've had shingles through the last last three What The Blind Girl Saw chapters. I thought about calling them the Shingles Trilogy. I hope you are still here. I missed you for my last chapter, #27, and hope you'll be here in November for the Finale and Epilogue. So many are sick or have difficulty right now. Sending my love and prayers to you and dear Louise,
Sally xo

This is an easy said (essay) about your surgery and getting healed your head, life has to go on, and you also had to suffer a lot and struggle for survival, all well that ends well; well said, well done.

Hello, this is a very personal and interesting medical experience. My goodness, what a trauma for you. I didn't know the reality of these things. I hope they are okay and you are healing up satisfactorily. And do keep us up to date. I saw no errors and best of luck with your writing, Ana.

Hi Sankey. I am so sorry you are going through this. There is a cancer gene. My sister married into a family that was racked with cancer and tragedy. Her husband died of cancer as did his nephew, several uncles and a sister. I feel so badly for them and for you.

I have many health issues, but none of them is cancer. Only one instance of cancer in my family. My dad had prostate cancer but it was caught early. I wish you the best and will be thinking of you and will see messages for your future posts. Thank you for sharing

Is your name Pam? Thanks for the kind thoughts. I recently completed my autobiography but it is still all on FS if you want to look at it it is "The Little Dog That Wouldn't let Go Subtitle God Never Let's Go. Dad had some Prostate problems but I think they worked it out. A good friend had awful times with his prostate but I think they worked that out sadly he suffers from MS these days he is a couple of years old than me. I am 67.

I am 65, so we are similar ages. The only life threatening conditions I have are COPD and sudden fainting where my pulse gets week and my blood pressure is too low to register. I get about a five second warning before I pass out. Three such incidents in two years. But I also have lesser incidents like that. I just suddenly feel drugged and the doctors have no clue. It is what caused me to get my poetry documented here on fanstory. Right now I am bedbound recovering from surgery Take care

Hope you are better soon. If you are interested the later chapters of my autobiography talk about my wife a CP sufferer and some big changes that have happened to us over the last 14 months or so they are at the back of the book. I am 9 years old but of course she is the more intelligent.

Scary. Skin cancer runs in my family. My grandpa gets it quite often but he knows what to look for and when to go in. I suppose we will all have to learn like he did. I'm glad they caught it

Hi Geoff, sorry to hear about the return of this carcinoma. Coconut oil is a lot cheaper and works at healing skin cancer. Curcumin and Vitamin C are also great cancer fighters. There are many more of course. Hope all goes well with treatment.

Thanks, but I prefer to stick with the Plastic surgeon's recommendation. Will keep your suggestion in mind. Another one has begun to appear so we are applying said treatment to that as well. Appreciate the review. Sorry the rewards have run out.

Hello Sankey
I just read Geoff's Ramblings Number 1
What a nasty looking cancer you had. I can say you know how to write about your experiences with various skin cancers
Right now my hubby is praying along with me that the skin cancer he had removed (melanoma) doesn't return.

The volcano one looks quite nasty, I've had a small tumour removed from my, that's the extent of my adventures with skin cancer, it wasn't serious but wisely I had it removed. But thanks bro for keeping in touch, well done, good posting. Blessings, Roy

I think the Volcano looked worse than what it was that was the very first after dressing was removed. A reminder I should have added in the story was coming home from the hospital and noticing dampness on the back of my head...It was BLOOD from the staples they had around the wound or holding dressing on or something. I had to go back to Emergency for three hours. Praise God for the dear Sis from church who helped me out.
