What a sad story and what makes it so sad is that it is a true story. I can never find fault with true stories and this is no exception. i think that what your adoptive Mother said was really aweful. To tell a child that it is his/her fault that some people got a divorce is wrong. I admire you for sharing your story.

Again I was riveted by the story. The reader is getting to see all that is happening through the eyes of a child and that is usually a very sincere perspective because children on a whole are very straight forward. It is said if you want the truth, ask a child.
Well written and I am looking forward to the outcome of this story.

A very sweet, yet kind of sad story. It is true that children often understand a lot and yet very little at the same time. I like the frankness of Timothy. I used to work with kids and they never seem to have a censor for the things they say, lol. I also like that he's so earnest.
