    abbasjoy: I've been away from FS for awhile, as many things were happening in my family. There was a birth, my first great grand child, a beautiful baby girl.
    A marriage, my eldest grand daughter, who has moved to the USA from Canada to be with her husband, and there was a death, my husband's eldest sister passed away while he was in transit and didn't get a chance to bid her farewell.
    I am trying my best to play catch up, so if I am tardy, I am hoping you will extend me some grace:) -

abbasjoy: I have been posting infrequently due to my assisting my husband with a project, which has been extended ,when I do get a chance, I feel as though I am back home and welcomed in with open arms.

abbasjoy: I can hardly believe it's been almost 3 years since I stumbled across this site. I have come to think of the wonderful people here as my extended "family.
I have grown in my writing, and come to appreciate the reviews, though sometimes harsh, as being the very ones to help in that growth.
Thanks to all of you, those who are encouraging, and those who just want to share their opinion.
Sometimes I am so hooked on Fanstory, I have to withdraw for a while, and take a breather.
