Lovely poem and it seems that the lover is spying on his beloved, perhaps hidden behind the tree. Even in the act of something as mundane as laundry, there is joy and beauty.

This is very sentimental and beautiful. I have seen my mother do this many times. I myself have done it as a child. Memories of pleasant work come to mind in these words tgat send me to reflect on past times.

Your poem feels like a breeze carrying a memory just out of reach. The way you place those moments under the tree makes everything feel so warm. The pauses and spacing add to that dreamy feeling. Truly lovely work!

I love the colorful imagery presented in the poem. I can just smell the lovely scents from the orange tree and hear the chirping of the birds. This sort of outdoor simplicity is so refreshing to our soul. We'll done!
