Aaahhh... so he's becoming a graphic artist in his time as well, yes? ;) Great Copilot adaptation, sir! ;) And certainly a wonderful offering that is so true and melodic in its revelation... is there a way to get folks to read both sides of an issue on those phones, computers, etc.? :-) :-) :-) Thanx so much for the whole thing, sir!! ;) :) Yvette

Thank you, Yvette. I think people believe what they want, regardless of facts. I know a bunch of those folks. As my son was growing, I told him facts are very important but knowing why you believe them is just as important.
As far as Copilot goes, I have done the graphics for every one of my 6 posts in the last two months. I enjoy it but it can be ugly sometimes. Give it a try.

I love the depth in this poem, each word has been well thought out and the delivery is great. The rhyme on the second and last lines of each stanza doesn't feel forced. Well done

Robert, This is a very well written poem. There is so much trash and garbage going on in the media, the T.V., radio and sometimes even churches. Thank you for sharing this. Blessings, Teri

An excellent poem. Short and to the point. So true about what you say in the last stanza. Today's world is so confusing and it easy to lapse into a confused and depressed state.
Take care and have a great day.
Cheers
Barry Penfold.

I appreciate your review and the positive feedback you gave on the structure and content. Faced with daily information overload, we must constantly discern what's true. You are correct. Discouragement can come easily. Thank you.

I so can relate to the impact of your words. There are so many things to try and relate to in this world... sometimes having to relate whether we want to or not. May we each find the peace within both the struggles and the triumphs. Thank you for sharing this message with us.

You are quite right. Every single day, we decide what to believe. We're bombarded with so much media every day, it's hard to determine what's real. We really need discernment these days. I appreciate you reading and reviewing the poem's message.

Well, this took my six stars for the day, and I thank you for posting. It's awfully hard to pin down the truth these days, isn't it? Even if you watch and read and listen to all different extremes of media sources, it's up to us to realize that the truth is most likely hiding in the middle somewhere. Thanks again, and have a great day.

    Hello Laurie.
The truth has become elusive in our modern times. Lots of people claim to have it, and we often find out differently. All of the media streams and sources tell us what they think and we must have the discernment to make a judgment. The truth has become elusive. It reminds me of an old quotation. "The price of liberty is eternal vigilance." That also applies to the truth.
I wish to thank you very much for the shiny 6 star award. I'm grateful you chose this poem to honor. Thank you very much for your positive words and I agree with your sentiments.

This is beautiful, Robert! A truly moving reflection on what can be an emotional journey toward acceptance. You capture the tension between truth and denial- packing much to ponder in this brevity. I really enjoyed the rhyme and rhythm, as well.

    Hello Jess.
Thank you for your review and comments. I am truly honored by your positive thoughts about this poem. I am grateful to you for the six-star award. You clearly understand the intent and direction of the poem and how we all need to be discerning about what appears before us. There is so much deception in the world we must sort out everything that comes at us every day. It seems to be an unending wave that we have to swim through.
Thank you very much Jess, for your support.

Beautiful. Well spoken, pounding profound realities: of do right or do wrong. The majority pick that which is wrong: more easy route. I like your thoughts, continue with these wonderful conveyances.

So, many people seem overwhelmed these days with all the digital data and what to believe or not. Some of it right, some wrong, and much of it intentionally devious and deceitful. Thanks for sharing.

    Hey Ric.
I agree with you. People are overwhelmed with information these days. Most of it we would prefer not to know. A bunch of it is not true, intentionally or not. The Bible teaches us to be discerning. I've been practicing on my discernment skills. Thank you for weighing in on this short poem, and I certainly agree with you.

This is a very powerful message that you have expressed in this lovely poem. I wish you the very best with all of your writing. I also agree with you totally that we need to know things, but we also need to recognize the truth from my lie. I think the elections Ads are very evident of that very thing because there were so many lies in those election ads.

    Hello Patricia
Thank you so much for your good wishes with my writing. We certainly do need to know things. The Bible tells us we need to be discerning. When I was watching TV and an election ad came on, I hit the mute button. I got so tired of them I wanted to just RIP the TV out. Thank you for your kind words and review. I certainly agree with your opinion.
I am very grateful to you for the six-star award.
