As usual a well written rhyming poem. Lovely family photo. The youtube videos you have posted are two songs I really love. If only our World could be as John Lennon imagined, and The Sound of Silence is like our World today, so many faces glued to their cellphones. Hope you have a Happy St Patrick's Day

another masterful birthday tribute to a man 78 years young. I hope that when I am 78 I will still feel young. But in my opinion, no one that age should run for President or the Senate or governor.

Hi Jake, I wonder if maybe you were thinking of another post when you wrote this. This was for Carol Hillebrenner and she's a woman and it had nothing to do with a senator or governor, but I bet you got two posts mixed up.

no got it right my reference was to the two old men who are running for president and both are way past their prime time and should retire for the good of the country. 78 people can still accomplish a lot but should not be political leaders and should retire.
