Gypsy, very nice. I have come to appreciate the Haiku. It's short and sweet (not trying to be cliche). I appreciate the beautiful message - especially the part that is left unsaid. Well done.

I like your Haiku poem- nice picture presentation- wind across the waves- poem conveys to me - the old saying "ashes to ashes... the temporal nature of existence and that the body is only an earth suit we wear for a time- not who we are- good job AP

What a sad though beautiful haiku, I tipped my father's ashes over the side of his boat at his favorite fishing spot, an excellent read, very well written and presented****kahpot

Excellent expression with so few words. There is nothing I can see to make it better. The whole presentation (Image, font colors, and background) look excellent as well! Every word was chosen perfectly for this!
Great job!

I like the image of the sea in your words. Your haiku form paints a picture of nature that comforts the reader as she imagines one's ashes riding the sea of life. Excellent use of words.

I am pretty sure the ashes would float in the wind over the sea of life. I really like that image. Thank you for sharing this Haiku with us. It flows nicely and gives us good imagery.

This is a stunning modern haiku. There is a feeling of release and freedom from death as ashes ride over an ocean teeming with life.
Very well-written and presented.
Best wishes,
Mary

Thank you so much for writing this meaningful poem. Many do have their ashes spread over the rippling seas. It is no secret what God can do, with arms wide open he will forgive each us, too. Like your poem.

I found your succinct poem well-penned, and it made me think what I want to happen to me when I die. First my ashes will wait patiently on the piano, for my soulmate to join me. Then it is together we will mingle once again enfolding each other as we rise to take our final gallop through the stormy sky, writing on the ether as we go. kay
