The picture is grand, and the words resonates well as its companion though, and it's not a criticism I found myself changing dock to rock... in water flooded by moonbeams.

Another beautifully stated and packaged haiku. glad I read your note about modern haiku because I noted the syllable count was different from the other. you paint wonderful images with your words. Once again, I enjoyed all aspects of your poetry.

The usee of the word "silver" here is outstanding.
Love your verb "riding" to tie in the sky to the boats and you tied in the word "silver" to the moonlight.
