*family- My Son Jason Richard Smrkovsky passed away on April 1st, 2003 from a massive brain damaged injuries.
My Wife Carolyn Ann Richmond, Harbach, Smrkovsky passed away only 8 months later by not taking her needed medications. Jason was a "Gift of Life Donor."
