Like worries and problems they grow
Dandelions
Dandelions
Dandelions grow in my front yard
And everywhere it seems
Most people think of them as weeds
I see a sunny yellow flower
Rising to meet each morning
Glistening from the dew
God gave these happy flowers
the ability to grow just about anywhere
Health benefits galore
You see, it's all in the looking
Why should I plant flowers?
When God has given me a carpet of
Dandelions
Life sometimes seems to only give us weeds. Worries and troubles crowd out life's joys. Yet, if we will take the time. Maybe, sit out on a cool front porch. The sun coming up and the breeze making the trees dance; a person can see the beauty God has made and know that He has created these beautiful things that grow wild along the by-ways and highways (and a lot in my yard). He holds the reigns to all of life including mine. I don't have to worry. My Father has it under control.
