Trodden shadows in the snow
Fleeting things that come and go Tiny whispers on the breeze Autumn leaves upon the trees These footprints will melt away Shadows fade at end of day Promises might not be kept Fallen leaves get raked and swept Often we must rearrange Things once touched by winds of change No time for morbid sorrow Look forward to tomorrow |
